Anthony could not have been nicer or more professional in helping us select a car that suited our needs. I went to Kelly and had a very good experience buying a used GMC Terrain. Mike Holmwood was very helpful, and I never felt like i was pushed into anything. Buying a vehicle is certainly not on the top of my list for fun. However, Mike worked with me and it was a better experience than I have had at other dealerships. After much discussion, we did reach an agreement for the purchase of the vehicle. I needed a vehicle immediately because our vehicle just quit, Mike allowed me to take the truck so my husband could see it, and drive it. The dealership also worked with us concerning the closing of the deal. I have a "4" for overall experience just because I do not enjoy the purchasing of vehicles, not because of the dealership or Mike, and the Price on all vehicles these days are just way out of control, so therefore, rating was also a "4". The things which count the most in my book is Customer Service, Friendliness and Quality of work. Mike did his absolute best to get us what he was allowed. I would go back there to purchase another vehicle, however, not to soon, because like I said, Vehicle purchases are just not my thing. I hate the negotiating process. But thanks to all!!! More
