Dear sir, We're very sorry that you were unsatisfied with your vehicle. It is extremely important to us that every customer who comes to us is happy with their Kelly experience. As you said, we offered to sell you tires at our cost, and you purchased an "as-is" car (a Grand Cherokee), having been told that the car was "as-is" before purchasing it. We only became aware of the tire issue days later, when you informed us about it.
