I was in for an oil change on my Yukon, and explained to our salesman Mike Holmwood how disappointed we are in our new Terrain gas mileage. He stated that he would make Service Manager aware of it, that it our salesman Mike Holmwood how disappointed we are in our new Terrain gas mileage. He stated that he would make Service Manager aware of it, that it could just be a computer adjustment on the car to get gas mileage where it is rated to be, that they have seen that before on Terrain's. I plan to make an appointment in near future to have this checked. Earlier this year Mike and the Service Manager were very helpful in getting work done on my 2009 Yukon (torque converter replaced) to get it working as it should after the transmission was having some problems. We went to the dealership and were immediatelt greeted warmly. We said what we were looking for and were taken to the trucks. My first visit to the dealership was just to get some information on the type of vehicle I was interested in and the approx. price including monthly payments. Even though I was not purchasing at that time I was still treated as a valuable customer. Mike Holmwood was the sales associate I was dealing with. He ws very informative and helpful. Because of my experience this firt visit I returned a few months later and bought the car I was interested in with Michaels assistance. After purchasing my brand new GMC Terrain, Terrell Parker went over the vehicle explaining all the features and even helped me set up blue tooth. He was polite, knowledgeable , and so very friendly.
