Mike was absolutely wonderful. The first time I was at Kelly we dealt with Nicki and it was a not so great of an experience. I actually got up and left with my mom. The car was for my parents and my dad uses a wheelchair. So there were a lot of considerations in purchasing a vehicle. We returned a few days later and requested a new a salesperson and that’s when we met Mike. We would absolutely recommend him for purchasing a vehicle. He LISTENED!! Mike understood he needed to take a little more time with my parents since they are older. My concerns were quickly satisfied as Mike explained everything in detail to them. They don’t use or need internet or electronic connections. Which sadly was a hang up with the other salesperson. When it came to pricing they had a set amount in cash to work with. Mike was able to make that happen within a few hundred dollars.this was something the other sales person was not able to do for them. His kindness and compassion were greatly evident. Mike is a super down to Earth guy who I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. He is very honest and will definitely try to make things work out for you. He actually made their day when he called two days later to check in on my parents and how they like their new vehicle. He goes the extra mile!!!
