I am very satisfied with this dealership and their employees. From the moment I walked into the dealersip I was treated with hospitality and respect. I was greeted in a friendly manner, offered assis employees. From the moment I walked into the dealersip I was treated with hospitality and respect. I was greeted in a friendly manner, offered assistance and even offered refreshments while I waited. They never " pushed" . My first visit to the dealership was just to get some information on the type of vehicle I was interested in and the approx. price including monthly payments. Even though I was not purchasing at that time I was still treated as a valuable customer. Mike Holmwood was the sales associate I was dealing with. He ws very informative and helpful. Because of my experience this firt visit I returned a few months later and bought the car I was interested in with Michaels assistance. After purchasing my brand new GMC Terrain, Terrell Parker went over the vehicle explaining all the features and even helped me set up blue tooth. He was polite, knowledgeable , and so very friendly. All the employees as I observed were all very friendly , professional and helpful. I would recommend this dealersip to anyone. More
We went to the dealership and were immediatelt greeted warmly. We said what we were looking for and were taken to the trucks. VERY SATISFIED WITH FRIENDLY SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. WILL RETURN. Returned for something I forgot in my trade in and was greeted by someone I didn't deal with by a smile and question: Are you ready for another truck? I laughed along with him and replied: Not yet! When shopping for a replacement vehicle, I had specific requirements with regard to the experience. Each of these were met by my sales consultant which ultimately led to the closing of the sale. We could have gone anywhere to purchase a new truck, as we did not have a model in mind. GMC and Dodge were in the top three and our visit to Kelly quickly eliminated the competition. We are return customers to Kelly and have been satisfied customers for over a decade. More
These guys were very helpful form the moment I walked on the lot. Nick insisted I take the car home when I couldn't make up my mind. Was out helping a friend look for a new vehicle (was looking at the GMC terrain at this dealership) and he made it very clear when we met the salesman, Gregg Boore that he was not in a position to negot looking at the GMC terrain at this dealership) and he made it very clear when we met the salesman, Gregg Boore that he was not in a position to negotiate a purchase that day. Went on a ~15 min test drive of the car in which the salesman was very knowledgeable about the car and answered most of our questions. We got back to the dealership to review the numbers on the vehicle we just drove as well as the trade in value for his car. My friend made it very clear while reviewing the numbers that we had other test drives to go to that day and that he just was looking at cars that day...the salesman got a little nervous then started to try to sell him the car anyways. My friend declined and Gregg said he had to talk to his manager, he went off and came back 5 minutes later and said "there are only three things keeping you from buying this car today, the money, me, or the car. Which one is it?". I understand the car business is commission based but at this point Gregg was getting a bit aggressive. My friend said that he needs to get "all of his ducks in a row before he is ready to make a decision". The conversation ended with us standing up and Gregg walking back off to the managers desk mad. On the way out my friend thanked the manager and Gregg again for their time and the manager asked him what he could do to sell him the car! It was like they did not hear that there was no negotiation happening that day. We could not believe the quality of service for these employees. The GMC terrain is not off the list of cars but if a purchase is made it will be at the Faulkner GMC in Quakertown. I do not know if this is how this employee was trained to act from the manager but it was extremely unacceptable. I help all of my friends with the purchase of new vehicles and I will be sure keep them clear of Kelly GMC in the future. More
