October 10, 2012 we gave up our LaCrosse and leased a Buick Regal. After 3 months we realized our mistake because my husband, Franklin, had hip surgery and things were not going well. I've Been buying cars thru Michael for years and have never felt disappointed. I've always left feeling that I got the best possible price and that Michael was truly an advocate for me. Not only have I felt that way after a purchase but his follow up customer service is better then I've ever seen. He won't just go for the sale and leave you hanging after you drive off the lot. I once had a small issue getting my car to start on a cold winter morning so I called Michael and he actually stopped by my house on his way to work and quickly diagnosed a loose battery cable. Two twist of a wrench and it fired right up...the man knows what he's doing andbi won't deal with anyone else. Oh, and Michael if your reading this, thank you for the Christmas card!
