I had a very pleasant buying experience at this dealership. The staff were very friendly and couorteous during the entire process. I am one of those "technologically challenged" so I much appreciated his navigating my way through the many computer capabilities of my new LaCrosse. The finance department was super in helping me with my trade and working with my requirements under circumstances that were not ideal. This was my first venture in buying a car as a single person so it was a bit nerve wracking but everyone made me feel comfortable. More

I came in looking for a used pick up truck. Mine got totaled. I did not think I could get financing because my credit was a little iffy . Charles Sieger (sales) is what made my experience at Kelly Buick a great one. He went above and beyond what he ever should have to make me happy. There was an issue with the math from my trade/payoff to Kelly Buick a great one. He went above and beyond what he ever should have to make me happy. There was an issue with the math from my trade/payoff to what was on the calculation on the pink slip. The mathematical error resulted in Kelly Buick taking about $89 out of my pocket without anything to show for it. When Charles left the desk to try to fix the error "nobody could be found to fix it." But what I heard was one gentleman say (probably not knowing that I could hear), "That was the agreed price." With nobody of power willing to help, Charles paid $90 out-of-pocket to compensate Kelly Buick's negligence. Right now I have the truck I want, at the agreed price, but with a contract/pink slip that doesn't add up. More

When we walked into Kelly we were worried about how we would replace our truck that was just totaled in an accident. We needed to replace the truck so my husband could continue to work and I could continue to go to my treatments. We didn't have very high hopes since my illness had caused us some financial problems and we figured we wouldn't qualify for a loan. Then we met Nick. His enthusiasm was contagious as he searched for a vehicle that would be perfect for us. He was even able to work with our credit and constantly kept checking that I was ok during our process. Hope came in a 2007 Ford F150 Pick Up that we left with the next day. My husband has been thrilled which is definately a nice accomplishment in a house that didn't have many smiles lately.
