Overall the whole experience was unexpected. Normally, once you step on a lot and begin your search, the vultures come out once they see their prey. Upon learning that I was hospitalized she rescheduled the appointment for after my discharge. She expressed concern over whether or not I would be able to drive to the dealership for the appointment and offered to pick up the car at my house and return it after the servicing. We feel that Connie should be commended for providing the type of exceptional service that one does not ordinarily see in this day and age. I called Beth and she had the truck ready for me to test drive when I arrived, she greeted me at the door and introduced me to Anthony Jayetlleke. I speak very highly of Anthony, he is a genuinely sincere person and a treat to work with, he made me feel like I was at home and the sale went smooth and easy and I bought the truck for a great price including a warranty. They had the carfax report ready for me and did a wonderful job servicing the truck, the fluids were changed and they cleaned it up nicely. Anthony goes above and beyond, is knowledgeable and is more involved than just selling a car, he connects on a personal level and cares about you. I highly recommend this dealership and if you drink coffee or tea they have the biggest Keurig and I helped myself to 2 cups. More
