He worked very diligently with us and provided us with as much information we needed to make us feel comfortable. Kelly GMC and salesman Nick were very interested in dealing for my 2012 truck. The deal they offered me to trade for the 2013 truck was very fair. I was in the market for a Buick LaCrosse. I had shopped at other dealerships but didn't recieve the same treatment as I did at Kelly. Greg made the buying experience a very pleasant one. He did a great job showing me all of my options, and ultimately he knew what car was right for me before I did. When it came time for the negotiation Michael Holmwood(sales manager) took the lead in the monetary discussion. I found this approach to be ideal. I like straight talk in every negotiation and that is exactly what happened. It was a pleasure buying a car this way. It created an environment with limited back and forth, (and anyone who has purchased a car knows how frustrating and time consuming that can be). I ended up with a Certified Pre-Owned Buick LaCrosse. It is a GREAT car and I am very happy with the purchase. In conclusion, I ended up with the right car for me, at a fair price and a great buying experience.
