Nick Paxos was professional and courteous. He took care of us in our purchase of a 2007 BMW. I can't say the same about the "higher ups". They tried to give us the highest interest rate, not even checking of us in our purchase of a 2007 BMW. I can't say the same about the "higher ups". I bought a Buick Encore from Nick Paxos at Kelly. I went to the garage for service on my GMC. But I started looking and Nick was very patient with me. Such a great experience working with Nick Paxos, and the rest of his team. They really make you feel comfortable in making such a big purchase. The level of understanding and the effort given by Nick to bui rest of his team. They really make you feel comfortable in making such a big purchase. Unlike some of the other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. Was greated by Beth, very pleasant and then was introduced to Nick. Greeted us very professional and asked what my needs were. I stated looking for a nice low mileage used vehicle due to our circ introduced to Nick. Greeted us very professional and asked what my needs were. I stated looking for a nice low mileage used vehicle due to our circumstances. The next things he asked if would we consider a lease. I then stated we may. Well after a short few minutes hes tyring to talk us into leasing 2 cars right away. We were thrown back that we were even asked. My husband stated no we were here for 1 car and one car only. Nick insisted that we just hear him out on his proposition before we make a decision and my husband tried to get him to listen that we did not want but Nick keep cutting him off and insisted we see all numbers and this went back and forth for a while. So that started a bad vibe. Meanwhile went out looking at cars till Nick came out. We test drove a Buick came back and due to our circumstance the lease would not work. Ok, so back to square one as I wanted looking at a nice used vehicle. 1st car nothing like I was asking and not in good condition, 2nd car my choice liked it and was then again denied. Ok it was now 4 hours and I and family exhausted and frustrated, just wanted to leave at that point. During the one test drive he took a personal call and was telling the person who dissappointed he was that he did not get a promotion. Then proceeded to tell me about it all and how important the survey at the end the deal would be and to please rate him with 5's. First of all you should never suggest to your customer how to rate yourself to them. Then a Business Manager came over, sorry don't recall his name, but was my saving point of contact. He asked us what we came for and Nick proceeded to tell him what he was trying to do with all the numbers, they were going back and forth making us feel uncomfortable when the gentleman told Nick to stop. We went into his office he ran our credit and numbers. Meanwhile he and Nick were still going at it a bit. Then there was lost paperwork that took a while to be found with our SS#s on which made us uncomfortable. So this gentleman than took a look at the list of inventory and said he believes he has a car that will work for us and if not he will take my wants and find that car for me within the next 2 days. I was please with the way he wanted to help us find a car. So Nick then took the keys and brought the car around. I feel in love with it the moment I saw it, sat in it and drove down the street. While on test drive I asked Nick if he would call the gentleman and ask him to get numbers together for we wanted to drive it home. Nick was stunned but called. The numbers worked and the gentleman put everything aside to get all of our paperwork ready for us, he put us first and made me feel like a true customer. So here is the other kicker while signing papers Nick bleeps out a profane word in fromt of us and our son! What really we looked at each other and could not believe it. He caught himself and apologized but really is that true customer service. I work in this world and I would have been pulled into office and given a written warning. So at this point we just wanted our car and go home. So at the end he insisted we give him all fives on this survey, well I am sorry Nick. I am sure somewhere you have a nice personality but this day it just seemed pushy and arrogant. I give the sale not to you but the business manager for if it was not for him stepping in there would have been no sale that day and I don't believe I would have come back. So again my apologies for not remembering his name it was a tiring and long day. More
