I started my day taking my Buick Enclave in to Kelly Buick for service and ended my visit the next day with a brand new Buick Enclave. My husband was looking at a brand new Enclave that Nick Paxos was Buick for service and ended my visit the next day with a brand new Buick Enclave. My husband was looking at a brand new Enclave that Nick Paxos was bringing in to the lot & asked if he could take a look. Nick was able to devote the next 24 hours to us and found us the Enclave we wanted in a back lot at Kelly. We absolutely were not there to buy a car, but only fix our existing Enclave, Nick presented us with an alternative scenario involving a trade for a new Buick Enclave. I loved my Enclave and was very happy that Nick was able to work with us to make the deal that we needed to move ahead with the trade. I love the Buick product, but it would not be as attractive without the great support of a dealership like Kelly and people like Nick Paxos. More

I do not like purchasing a car but I have had several from Kelly and was very pleased with the experience. I was looking for a GMC Terrain but after talking with NIck I decided on a Buick ENcore. Nick recommended it and it was all he said it would be. I never leased a car before, but I thought I would try it on this one. My son buys all his cars at Kelly and recommends it. A Terrain would have been to big a car that two people would ever need and the Encore has better gas mileage then my Jeep did. More

He listens to you wants, makes suggestions, but in the end leaves you to make a decision based upon your personal needs. In this case it was a Jeep for me. If you value the human factor in purchasing a vehicle—honesty, integrity, knowledge, commitment, and a desire to get it right, you will get a sense of why my wife and I have returned to work with Bruce again and again.
