However, coming to your dealership and having Heather as our sales person, made that experience a very pleasant experience. For me it was a very emotional time but Heather made me laugh. She was relaxed and not pushy. She took her time and let us make a decision and answered every question we had. I/We are very pleased with Heather and when in need of a car, would only want to deal with her again if making a purchase from your dealership. Nick was very knowledgeable about the Regal and Sally purchased her first smaller car ever. She had tried the larger model which a friend had brought here to the house for her to look at. It was just too busy for Sally so Nick was gentle in persuading her that the Regal might better fit her needs. He found the car she wanted and it was ready to pick up the next day. The young man in the area where the cars are prepared for delivery was very dedicated and he and Nick seemed to work well getting the car ready. The car was very clean and prepared very nice for delivery. I must admit that my wife and I were dead set against the extended warranty and would not probably every buy one ourselves. He did explain the benefits very clearly to Sally and she did agree to purchase this warranty. Nick wanted to make sure that Sally was secure with the Onstar communications. See Sally does not have a cell phone so he took his time to program the system. Then he sat with me in the new car and he walked me through putting the minutes on the system so Sally could use the Onstar as a cellular phone. Thank you. Nick.
