I do not know how else to explain what happened other than I went from "just shopping" to "I NEED to have this vehicle." Heather made the process so smooth I felt like I have known her forever. It's a God Thing! It was a God thing! It was a very cold Saturday and the family and I were out running errands and we decided to stop in and take a brief look see. It was a God thing! It was a very cold Saturday and the family and I were out running errands and we decided to stop in and take a brief look see. We had about 15 min to look around and then out came our salesman Anthony, a charming and very patient man. We decided to come back alone so we could talk further. Over the weekend Anthony found a beautiful Coco colored 2011 Buick Enclave that had been owned by one owner who had purchased the vehicle from Kelly Buick GMC. They let us take the SUV home for the weekend. Of course the rest of the family loved it as well.The Wife and I had some past credit issues, and only our Jeep to offer as a down payment.I traded in an old loyal friend, a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 236,000 miles. I drove it for 13 long years awaiting our good Lord to deliver us into a newer vehicle. What we experienced from Anthony and the staff at the dealership that late afternoon was nothing less than amazing. They gave us new floor mats, tire protection plan, extended vehicle coverage, Loan Protection coverage and free vehicle detailing for 3 years. All included for no extra cost, and best of all, our payment was below our expectations.
