Easy In! Easy Out! Hassle Free! My last 3 vehicles were leases and this time around was no different. Wanted to go from a sedan to an SUV... fell in love with the GMC Acadia Denali! Before my lease was up I went to Star GMC, big mistake! Two months later when I was ready to turn my car in they increased the price same type of term, didn't follow up with me in a timely manner, it was just awful! I called Kelly GMC knowing that there were 9 cars in the color I wanted with all the options I wanted in a 500 mile radius. They were happy to deal with me over the phone as I knew what I wanted to pay and they actually had a demo exactly what I was looking for on their lot. We basically arranged it all over the phone I came down and left within 20 mins as I loved the car and their price was right!!!! Picked up the car a few days later and I am in love with it! Heather Doll is one of the most personable, professional customer service oriented sales people I have ever dealt with! Matt Jones her manager is also so great to deal with and very personable as well! My father purchased a Sierra from them the next day! They are a fair dealership! Will be back for my next lease in 3 years! I had my last 2 leases with Infiniti and their customer service at the end of this last lease was awful! Glad I am driving a new brand! More
