It was great.. My Wife and I purchased a Enclave from this dealership. First, we came in pretty late on a Saturday afternoon. We had our children with us ages 8, 5 and 2 and he was very patient.... Nick was upfront and assisted us with all of our needs... He was able to keep us in our budget which was very limited due to my wife and I buying our home two days before... The best part was that the Dealership was able to get on the phone with a bank and work out a deal so we able to take the car home late Saturday.... More

I had a 2005 Honda Pilot and I was looking for a sedan because we just purchased a 2015 new Honda Pilot again, last year. So...now we had 2 Honda Pilots. Nick Paxos had us test drive the Buick Regal . I was surprised by the luxury and ride that the Regal provided. All in all, I left Honda and got a Buick ONLY Because of Nick!!! When we are ready for another new car/truck, we will only come to NICK for business!!!! Great customer service, quality vehicle, friendly staff! Walked into Kelly looking for a used car and was greeted within 5 minutes by Robert Crail. He asked what I was looking for and started showing me a few cars. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Within 10 minutes I was test driving a few cars. After I had found one I liked he had no problem letting me take it to my mechanic to have it checked out. I got the green light from my mechanic and we came back to talk numbers. Rob was extremely friendly and explained he wanted to help get me into this car for the right price. After some time we came to an agreement I was very happy with. He never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable at all. We finalized the agreement of sale and now I am the owner of a great used car! He was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process and I would definitely recommend him to a friend and go back to shop with him again. You can tell he certainly knows what he is doing and is a very smart well informed man. I will be shopping here again in the future. More
