Very nice experience My wife and i had spent the lat week going from dealer to dealer in search of a car. This was not a fun time. Then we stopped in at Kelly Buick. We explained our situation to which Mike made us feel comfortable that we could find a car here. He was absolutely correct. We left Kelly with a vehicle that surpassed our dreams and stayed within budget. After meeting a boat load of car salesman over this search, i can honestly say,working with Mike was very refreshing. The dealer called me on Sat morning to make a deal which I was interested in. At one moment, the dealer said they would need to check and see if they accepted the price and they would call me back. They did call back and we agreed on a price. Unfortunately, the other dealer they needed to get the car from sold the car. We fortunately came to a deal on another vehicle. I just would have assumed that if you called me to make the deal and then got off the phone to discuss price with the sales manager, you would have checked to see the vehicle was actually still available vice agreeing to deal with me and then learning the original vehicle was no longer available.
