Was the 3rd visit to fix a problem with Tire pressure monitoring system and battery for sensory. The sensor light came back on AGAIN in less than 3 days. I called about the problem requesting to speak w/ monitoring system and battery for sensory. The sensor light came back on AGAIN in less than 3 days. I called about the problem requesting to speak w/ Service Manager and instead was told he, along with General manager and another manger above him, instead I was transferred to a Customer Advocate who apologized, hollow now as they say it every time but do nothing to figure out the problem and fix it. All I heard from him was excuses- faulty parts? causing problem. Hard to take since parts ordered on 1/29/25 and they were supposed to call when parts arrived. I called them every 10 days or so, and the morning after my last call, received a call from the gal who schedules service appointments- wow, what a coincidence! I was told by Service that they are a GMC/Buick dealership and do not service Subaru cars as the reason for problems. Hmm, did he forget that they also sell used cars of all kinds and promise to service them. We will never, ever set foot in the place again, The best part is that the tire pressure senor icon was on when we test drove the car with the salesman in the car with us. My husband promised it would be fixed when we picked up the car- test drove on a Saturday and picked up following Wednesday. It was not fixed! He told me just take it into service dept- no appointment needed as he would let them know to expect me to come in. The Service department reps were both very rude and told me that sales may have said that, but there are no cars checked without an appointment. I am now trying to find out if there is any place officially file a complaint as this is their responsibility per their 30 day warranty and they are acting like it is an inconvenience to them and could care less how many times I have had to spend half a day off work to get things fixed. Never have a loaner car and told that per Service manager- no ETA when they will have any available. Offer a shuttle, but a waste of extra time (mine). Beware of promises and get every single thing in detailed written form. More

Great service during my state inspection. My vehicle was in and out based on the time promised and work was great. Waiting area was comfortable and well stocked with water and coffee/tea.
