I never felt pressured as I have felt at o at other dealerships. When I was in the showroom, he was candid and very attentive. Prior to my decision to purchase the car he provided the information I requested. Tim took extra time to be sure I understood all the aspects of the car, even connecting my iphone. I definitely appreciated his patience in explaining the radio, cruise control, how to operate the hard top, and all the operational details to ensure my safety and ability to appropriately operate my new vehicle. i was very impressed with the follow-up emails, phone calls and personal note thanking me for coming to Kelly BMW. The service from the financial rep and the men who prepped the car was also excellent. My overall experience in purchasing a car at Kelly BMW could not have been more positive.My husband and I definitely look forward to working with Tim Rittenhouse and Kelly BMW in years to come. More
I purchased a battery from this dealership for my M3. The battery would not hold a charge. I took it back to them and asked for a replacement, but was told the battery had to be in the vehicle for them to se battery would not hold a charge. They could not have tested the cells in the battery at the dealership? So I was told to put the battery back in my M3 and have it towed to them. You have GOT TO JOKING RIGHT! No, the "manager" wasn't joking. Well that wasn't gonna happen, so I said "you expect me just to take a loss and buy a another new battery" (keep in mind that less than 7 months had elapsed from the previous purchase of over $200.00. of the first battery). The manger said....well it's better that you take the loss than this dealership. WOW! Poor discretion on my part, but I did purchase another new battery (I needed one and I was already there). I then called BMW North America and they listened very intently, but said they would do nothing more than file a complaint on this dealership. There is a 2 year parts warranty, but that it had to be in the vehicle for them to perform a diagnosis. My vehicle is perfect, your battery was NOT! Needless to say no further business dealings with this dealership ever. True it was but $200.00 +, but I work hard for my $$$$$$ and this just frustrates me to no end. By the way, the new (2nd) battery is working fine and holding a charge. It wasn't my vehicle - it was the bad battery you people sold me, but would not stand behind. More
Tim is fantastic. Does not pressure the sale, just presents the products that you have expressed an interest in. This is my 4th BMW from Kelly's. I purchased another one in 2002 from another BMW deal presents the products that you have expressed an interest in. This is my 4th BMW from Kelly's. This was my first BMW, and my first lease. Needless to say, it was a big decision. I'm thankful that Tim Rittenhouse was the client advisor who responded to my inquiry. He alleviated all of my stress and made the process enjoyable. His emphasis wasn't on selling me a car, but ensuring I was knowledgeable about the product and confident in my decision. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone to the final handshake as I was pulling off the lot, he was as professional and friendly as I could have asked for. I was concerned about confronting an aggressive sales person, so I feel fortunate to have landed Tim. I highly recommend him and Kelly to anyone looking for a BMW in the Central Ohio area. I plan on maintaining a relationship with them for years to come. More
My visit to Kelly BMW was for my first BMW. I can't say enough positive things about my experience. My client advisor was David Migliore and again, just a pleasure to meet and work with. There was absolutely zero pressure, and genuine interest and excitement that this was going to be my first BMW. David was extremely patient, knowledgeable and friendly the entire time I spent looking at all my options. I made several visits, and at no time felt as though I was taking up too much time or asking too many questions. Overall, I would highly recommend visiting Kelly BMW and David if you are interested in a BMW. In summary, I've ordered my first BMW and am very excited for it to arrive. I'm very glad that I went to Kelly BMW and had such wonderful assistance. Thank you. More
I have had MANY car-buying experiences in the past. They've ranged between slightly pleasant for a hounding sales presentation to downright dreadful and/or disrespectful; however, when I walked into Ke They've ranged between slightly pleasant for a hounding sales presentation to downright dreadful and/or disrespectful; however, when I walked into Kelly BMW I quickly realized this would be a different buying experience than in the past. Everyone around me was extremely friendly and continually made sure I was being helped. When I spoke to David I told him I had been considering a purchase of a certified used BMW, but before he even showed me a single car he asked me a few questions about my goals, how many cars I've owned, and how often I keep them on average. Based on my answers he told me a lease would be the best option for me, and walked me through the reasons. He was not at all pushy. In fact, he actually told me I should wait a month to see what stock they may have then, but I really wanted to buy within the week. The whole process through Kelly was VERY simple. The paperwork took maybe five minutes at the most, and the car was mine. Once that was finished David took a lot of time helping me figure out the controls and features of the car. Yet I still had the issue of selling my Acura to CarMax which David helped walk me through without any obligation whatsoever. He went with me to get the car appraised, and then he went back with me to sell the Acura and pay off the negative equity not covered by the appraisal value. I greatly appreciate all he has done for me in my car-buying experience as he could have walked away after the lease agreement was signed, but he still keeps in touch two weeks later to see how well I’m enjoying my “Ultimate Driving Machine” and to answer any questions I may have. Just today he offered a refresher course on the controls and said to just stop by before a car wash, and he would help me out. I have never had a car salesperson that truly listens and cares about the client’s needs and wants as David does. He can see the bigger picture and easily builds rapport with his clients including myself. In three years when my lease is up I am definitely coming back to David because he values his clients, treats them not as dollar signs but individuals, and truly helps them in any way he can to save them money. Once you go to Kelly BMW and speak to David, you’ll never want to buy a car anywhere else. I guarantee it! More

David was helpful in providing reasons for and against a particular car. Extremely honest. Knew everything about all the different models.
