To which, he bluntly ignored and asked me to go and he would touchbase later. To my email, he responded very rudely , including sales manager, in the end, I told them to take their bmw and shove it off. I would pay more and buy somewhere else, than these pathetic creatures @ Kelly bmw. More
The check engine light on my 2009 335xi came on about the same time I was having trouble with cold starts. After interviewing me and examining the car, Kelly BMW determined that they would need the car overn same time I was having trouble with cold starts. After interviewing me and examining the car, Kelly BMW determined that they would need the car overnight so that it could be completely cold for testing. Even though I live 60 miles away, I was given a loaner car and a flexible return date. The problem turned out to be the high-pressure fuel pump, which had suffered premature failure in other cars as well. The new redesigned version was available and installed in a timely fashion. The staff was friendly and efficient. I have had no further problems with the car. More
everyone here was very friendly. they did an oil change, a brake fluid change, coolant change for me, and also changed my wiper blades, all on the same day i asked if they would have time to fit me in. cost a brake fluid change, coolant change for me, and also changed my wiper blades, all on the same day i asked if they would have time to fit me in. cost was very resonable and it took them about 2 and half hours. my car was really dirty so they also washed it without me even asking them to, at no charge, now thats what i call outstanding service. thanks so much to all at kelly bmw. Compared with my experiences with BMW Cleveland, Kelly BMW freaking sucks. I took my 2004 325xi in for service because I was getting a grinding noise from my front-right wheel. Service department had my c BMW freaking sucks. I took my 2004 325xi in for service because I was getting a grinding noise from my front-right wheel. Service department had my car for almost a week and was "unable to recreate the sound". It is audible while on the highway, windows open, and stereo blasting. My car is almost out of warranty and they probably just figured I'd let it slide until warranty was over. Even worse is their sales staff. I went in on a saturday morning with my girlfriend to look at a new 335i. I had to wait 5 minutes for a salesman even though there were no customers in the showroom. I finally got a sales rep who was rude as xxxx and treated me like I drove up to the dealership in a Hyundai or Kia. After almost 10 minutes of wrangling, I couldn't even get the guy to put together a sales quote. He was rude to my girlfriend and completely ignored her questions on 3 separate occasions. Eventually, he got fed up with me when I didn't just agree to buy the darn thing on the spot without a test drive and then suggested I "go to be back of the lot and talk to the pre-owned folks". Quite honestly, I make enough money to buy and sell that guy 4 times over and I expected a little more courtesy and respect. For god's sake, it's a BMW dealership... isn't it? More
Unethical sales practice! Salesperson gave me an exact price but when I went to sign the paperwork the price went up. When I asked why he gave me some double-talk saying he needed $250 more than what he price but when I went to sign the paperwork the price went up. When I asked why he gave me some double-talk saying he needed $250 more than what he quoted verbally for "internal costs." I said no way and he said, "Your $500 deposit is nonrefundable so you may as well ga ahead with the deal." I thankfully declined and walked out. On the way home I called my credit card company, who assured me that the $500 would not be charged to my account. More
This happens a while ago, I think it was 1997. I brought in my 1995 M3 for a service campaign (some recalls). I came in with a 2 days old aftermarket rims. They managed to scratch my rims badly that it need in my 1995 M3 for a service campaign (some recalls). I came in with a 2 days old aftermarket rims. They managed to scratch my rims badly that it needed repairs. Of course they denied it. After some arguing they're giving me their "good will" that they're willing to fix it. But only 2 were fixed. I ended up with a different color rims Bad experience. Thats my last visit to kelly bmw More
