AVOID AT ALL COST !!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I will try to make this brief but add all detail. I purchased a Ram 2500 from them for $38,000 (after they added their $2000 h AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I will try to make this brief but add all detail. I purchased a Ram 2500 from them for $38,000 (after they added their $2000 hidden "inspection" fee, this should be red flag no. 1). 3 days after I purchased the vehicle the check engine light came on. I called and told them about it and they did say to bring the truck back in and they would fix it for free, I was very happy with this. They changed a fuel injector on cyl no. 6. I took the truck back and drove it for a little bit, the check engine light came back on, so I took the truck back. They said the injector they put in was faulty and they contacted Chrysler to let them know, but the problem was fixed this time. After getting the truck back a few weeks later the check engine light comes back on again. I took it to Advanced auto and surprise engine code for "Cyl no. 6 injection timing) I called them back and they told me to bring it in once again, maybe it was a wiring harness because you should not have to change an injector out this many times. After they looked at it they said there was no code for the injector but it was 4th gear inadequate oil flow. They said that they could not fix this and it was best left to a Ram dealer to look at. They made an appointment for me at Lakeland Dodge and had me pick up the truck and drive it to the Dodge dealer. They informed me that there was 2 open safety recalls on the truck so I guess their $2000 inspection fee does not cover checking for factory recalls. Lakeland Dodge informed me there was 4 active codes and one did include cyl 6 injection timing, cyl 6 misfire, low coolant level, and 4th gear inadequate oil flow. After Dodge looked at it they worked with Ram tech support and found the issue to be a bad PCM ($3700 repair) I told Kelley about this and they immediately got defensive and said they were not covering the bill... according to them if you test drive it 3 miles and there is no check engine light on they wash their hands with any responsibility. I purchased the Fidelity warranty but I was informed by the sales manager that we should not have cheeped out and should have bought the $9000 platinum warranty (so this truck that was listed for 36k would have ended up costing me 47k, much higher than the NADA value). So again they tried playing the good guy all while sticking a knife in your back. They said I could come back in and "swap" the truck out for a different one since they played games with me while their 7 day return policy expired. Their idea of making it right was giving me 32k in trade (just financed 44k for it) and they would get me into a different truck, which was a bare bone Ram SLT for 33k (this was sticker price), roll over the extra 7k into the new loan, charge me again the 4k for the bare bones warranty... and of course charge me the $2000 inspection fee again. So I would go from a 38k truck fully loaded Laramie to a 35k bare bones SLT and my monthly payment would only go up a little bit. This place is a joke. So... I trade my Chevy in for 14k - they sell it for 22k, I buy this truck they made a good bit of money on, I trade this tuck in they make another good chunk of change putting it back on the lot or running it through auction, and for a 4th time they would make another good chunk of change on my by selling me ANOTHER truck at sticker price and throwing all of their ridiculous dealer fees on top of it. All this because they don’t stand behind the quality of the vehicles they sell and they are unwilling to make any repairs "or we would be rebuilding every truck that came through the door" (exact words from the service manager) So they would rather just clear check engine lights and sell $44k trucks with check engine lights and bad computers. More
