One star is too generous for this excuse of a dealership that sells vehicles illegally. It has been two months since I bought my 2017 f350 shortly after buying it I started having issues with the emissions that sells vehicles illegally. My local Ford dealer verified that the truck was previously tuned and deleted and partially returned back to stock spec (probably Kelley’s shady work)it would cost 1600$ to be fixed. I reached out numerous times and only got the run around. It was brought to my attention many times by the staff that it is illegal for them to sell any vehicle that has a altered emissions system. Well wouldn’t you know it they did. Think twice before you buy a vehicle from them. Oh also don’t deal with the arrogant salesman Dylan, he was beyond disrespectful and was caught lying multiple times to me and my family but don’t worry Victor is just as much of a disappointment! Now let’s get to you Jason (the general manager)!!! I reached out to you numerous times and can’t even get a single word back from you. Maybe your employees don’t communicate with you? I bought a Jeep Wrangler from them. They tried to add on a bunch of extras to jack the price up, took an hour to even look at my appraisal, refused to give me my keys back, tried to use MY down payment to g a bunch of extras to jack the price up, took an hour to even look at my appraisal, refused to give me my keys back, tried to use MY down payment to get the price to where I wanted. At the end the salesman, Emmanuel or something like that, told me we were all set to go, he didn’t fill up the tank. They waited the 10 days before sending a check to pay off my trade in, so now we are scrambling to make sure that loan is paid off before it comes up late payment and they aren’t helpful when you call. I’ve bought multiple cars and this is the worst Experience ever and I will NEVER buy another car from any Kelley dealer because if you call the main dealer they literally tell you that’s them not us, but yet everything is done under Kelley Buick gmc name. Extremely ridiculous! More

Let me first tell you how disappointed and disgusted I am from my experience yesterday. I was originally told $32,000 for the truck I was interested in over text by Dylan with lift, wheels and tires. According to Dylan there was a “mix up.” I live over an hour away, not like I’m right down the street. At first Dylan was very nice over the phone, but then when I came to your place of business I got the complete opposite. As soon as I started negotiating the price of the truck with you and him, he became very rude and disrespectful like I was doing him a favor that I was looking at a truck. Laughing, smirking, telling me if I don’t like the price to leave, pointed to the door. He told me it didn’t matter to him either way if I bought a truck there. Negotiating is a part of the business whether he likes it or not. It seems as if the customer isn’t paying the price you are asking he was a problem with it. I told me I would think about it and he laughed as I walked out the door. That is completely unacceptable and disgusting. I have NEVER been treated that way from someone trying to earn your business especially in these difficult times. More
