I covered most of this with Mike. The issue with the key fob, and the alignment were because your closer or what ever you call the guy who does all the paper work gave me the wrong Car Fax and thats on him. It was for an almost identical car mileage etc all the same. So I spent $40.00 and got my own car fax with the correct vin number. Now my issues are still the chips in the wheel, the grease left on the wheels, the tire pressure sensors, and the lug nut torque. One other thing is the car has never had an oil change at a dealer. So if it was changed it was done somewhere else but the guy that owned the car was a Kelly employee so why not change the oil there? I am learning more about this car a days go by but my first issue now is getting the oil changed. I will be calling tomorrow to try and arrange that.

Chuck Kelley greeted us and asked if we had been helped, we replied that we were there for for John Hoffman. Our regular salesman Steve Croy wasn't available but had gone out of his way to make sure someone was taking care of us in his absence. Croy did a great job, however, it was clear, throughout our experience that service of the dealership had taken a backseat due to demand of vehicles, low inventory and surplus of customers. One of the reasons we chose Kelley is because of the service we had received in the past and we believed we would be the exception to what has become the new Normal in customer service and especially in the auto industry recently. Although we walked in a second time with a pre approval, we were not allowed to take the car until "check was in hand." Understandable, but different than before. We were told to come back with the check 2 days later and everything would be ready to go, 10 minutes to sign and then on our way. Instead the finance manager needed to compare information on the BANK CHECK with the loan information and our bank paperwork. Seemed as if they were questioning the validity of the loan, since they were unable to get us financing through the dealership a few days earlier. Although, we had a valid cashier check directly from the bank. As a 22 year old making first purchase without a co- signer, I was very proud of a super low interest rate and my first major purchase and it felt very odd and uncomfortable. I am not saying I will never shop Kelley again, but I left this review for them to understand our experience and allow them the opportunity to adjust, making a customer feel like they are the only customer instead of the attitude of well, if you don't buy this someone else will. I DO NOT Want anyone to be in trouble, I would prefer if Kelley took this review and shared it with their staff and figured out a way to get back to the Premium service all customers are used to.
