I have been going to you for years. But this last time my transmission was acting up. I brought it in for an oil change, and to have the transmission looked at. While I was there I deci But this last time my transmission was acting up. I brought it in for an oil change, and to have the transmission looked at. While I was there I decided to talk to a sales rep incase the truck was toast. I was interested in a Malibu, that was a new 2024 model and had a sale sign in the windshield for a price of $26,113. That was the one if repairing the truck was not an option. Sales rep calls me to tell me the transmission needed replaced and was going to cost $6,700 to fix. I said draw up the numbers on the car so I have options. He put the sale price for the car at $27,800. Of course this made me mad so I asked for my truck so I could get a different opinion. Took it somewhere else and they are charging me $3,900. The kicker... they never changed my oil. They told me I couldn't pick it up till after 5pm (come to find out if didnt need more work). All the people I needed to talk to went home, so I had to sit there for an hour while I waited to figure out where my truck was. They didn't do anything else I could have picked it up at noon. I've never been treated with so much disrespect. More

Our morning started with friendly information gathering and then a shuttle to a breakfast place - after breakfast we were picked up and brought back to the dealership - while waiting we had a delicious com and then a shuttle to a breakfast place - after breakfast we were picked up and brought back to the dealership - while waiting we had a delicious complementary coffee and soon after our vehicle was finished - all work was done and documented and all questions answered - thank you Kelley - p.s - those Corvettes are a lot bigger when waking around them in the show room - beautiful machine More
After paying $50,000 for a new Chevy Colorado pick up, I am very very disappointed in GM's quality and also with Brandon's incompetence in your service department. Brandon and I had talked about five areas am very very disappointed in GM's quality and also with Brandon's incompetence in your service department. Brandon and I had talked about five areas that had contamination in the paint and also a lot of areas where the undercoating was skipped. I told him I wanted to paint areas buffed and to call me when that was done and I would come in to check it out. I was not called And just happened to come in. Wes in the body shop was the only competent and professional person did I encountered. He did an excellent job buffing the contamination in the paint and although you can still see two of the areas, I chose to leave those as is and not repaint the hood and one front fender. If I hadn't have come in, the work order would have sent the truck to be repainted, which I definitely did not want. Most of the areas that were skipped when it was under coated were redone, but not all of them. In addition, while the truck was there, it had to have the headliner removed, and an additional brace riveted in the roof to keep it from caving in simply by going through your car wash! It is pitiful that a brand new vehicle should be sold to a customer with those obvious defects. More
