These people tried to screw us badly- had a wierd noise in my wife's Saturn this winter- my wife took it in-service manager told her that there was a leak in the power steering column- that the rack& pinio in my wife's Saturn this winter- my wife took it in-service manager told her that there was a leak in the power steering column- that the rack& pinion had been compromised- and everything would have to be replaced for around $800. I found this weird since the car is parked on cement, and we never saw any sign of a leak, and the power steering fluid was full- so I took it to an independent mechanic- it was a quick $25 fix. There was no leak, and the power steering was fine- they lied to us, and tried to screw us out of $800 (though when my wife said we couldn't afford it, he did say he'd "help us out" and take the total to about $745) Douchebag!!! Do NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING! More
