I had a problem pairing my phone. I did not buy it there buy called to see if they could fix it. It was 4pm on Friday so I thought I would be out of luck for the weekend. The said to " bring it right in" I got there at 4:30 and they called a tech right out to my truck to look at it! Awesome! These guys are really good, respectful of my time and friendly. It was a simple fix and I was on the road in 15 min. I love this place. I'll be back and buy my next GMC from them as well! John Musolf More
When we first stepped foot in this dealer we treated like they have know us for a lifetime. They spent alot of time with us finding the right car for our needs and our budget. No high pressure more like friends trying to help us out. I haye buying cats due to the gaunlet of people you have to go through to get a price. This is not the case here I acutually enjoyed buying this vehicle and the service department has been just as great. They have made a lifelong customer and friend out of us. If you dont give them a shot you will be wasting your money. More
The customer service was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly, even those who were not working the deal with me. I didn't get there until 6:30, they close at 7. From the minute I stepped into the dealership I knew I would have a Great experience. I was greeted by Russell and he said that if I had any questions to just ask. When I had questions they were answered. I felt totally comfortable. I looked at several trucks. When I narrowed it down to 2 they explained the differences in them and that made my selection easier. I was given more than a fair value for my trade in and was surprised at the deal I got on my new truck. The finance office was absolutely wonderful. They searched and found me the best interest rate. When we were done with the sale the sales staff introduced me to the service staff and gave me the tour of the facility and explained what I could expect from them. Again, friendly making sure I was satisfied. When I left that day I felt like family. I will definitely go back. I would recommend Kelley Buick/GMC to anyone who is looking to be treated fair and with respect while looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Purchased an 2005 Honda Odessey EX-L Van worked with a salesperson with 11 plus years of experience. My wife and I test drove the van and noticed a vibration in the engine? we expressed this concern to t salesperson with 11 plus years of experience. My wife and I test drove the van and noticed a vibration in the engine? we expressed this concern to the salesperson he stated the the van was safety inspected and assured me the the van was sound We also noticed that the tires were less then 50% we agreed to purchase the van on the word of the salesperson and the agreement to change the tires hoping to solve the vibration. several days after the tires were replaced the van continued to have the engine vibration. Being that the orginization re-assured me that the van was fine and the fact that they were not a Honda dealership, I decided to take the van to the local Honda dealership in winter Haven. I dropped the van off at 8 am three days after purchase at 830 am the adviser from Honda David H. called me and stated that the reason for the engine vibration was due to the motor mounts being seveerly cracked also causing not only the vibration but also loosening three bolts in the engine. I did purchase an extended warranty but! due to the issue being pre-existing they would not honor the cost of the repair.I made contact with Kelley Buick GMC and they were not willing to help me at all with the cost of the repair. I asked them to just re-emburse me for only the cost of the parts. which was 900.00 the full bill was 1200.00. I got a call back from Mr. Hernandez the GM that was basically trying to bully me on the phone and state that they were not responsible because I did not give them an opportunity to repair the van and basically called the Honda dealership a bunch of crooks that high grossed me on parts. Mr. Hernandez finally agreed to send me against his better judgement 162.00 which he stated was his cost on the parts. Until today I have yet to receive a penny from this dealership. After further investigation I found out that the parts he quoted me was for an lx model not an ex-l and that Mr. Russel Hernandez actually worked for the Micheal Holly orginization so it doe's not surprise me on how they treat the consumer. bad move on Kelley Buick GMC to hire this guy. After the sale the dealership tried to strong arm more money out of me. Jerry Cox the finance person acted very unprofessional trying to make me out to be the criminal. We had a signed purchase agreement with financing in place on a vehicle. The dealer emailed me the day before I was to pick it up that they sold it to someone else. These people tried to screw us badly- had a wierd noise in my wife's Saturn this winter- my wife took it in-service manager told her that there was a leak in the power steering column- that the rack& pinio in my wife's Saturn this winter- my wife took it in-service manager told her that there was a leak in the power steering column- that the rack& pinion had been compromised- and everything would have to be replaced for around $800. I found this weird since the car is parked on cement, and we never saw any sign of a leak, and the power steering fluid was full- so I took it to an independent mechanic- it was a quick $25 fix. There was no leak, and the power steering was fine- they lied to us, and tried to screw us out of $800 (though when my wife said we couldn't afford it, he did say he'd "help us out" and take the total to about $745) xxxxxxxxx!!! Do NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING! More
