Kelley dealership is top-notch. Salesman Chico was very courteous and helpful. He worked with me over the phone for a few days since I was close to 200 miles away. Excellent customer service. I brought my vehicle in to have regular scheduled maintenance. Chad greeted me right away. He quickly and efficiently checked me in, took my vehicle I brought my vehicle in to have regular scheduled maintenance. Chad greeted me right away. He quickly and efficiently checked me in, took my vehicle back for service and then closed out my service ticket. My vehicle was back to me in less than an hour. I believe it was more in the area of 30 minutes. During this process Chad asked various other questions to make sure I received all the required maintenance while I was there. This led to me having my tires rotated. Chad then followed up with me a day or so later to make sure everything was fine with my vehicle. This is the customer experience of a lifetime. I am very pleased with my experience and I will see you again in the future because of this. Thank you. And Thanks to Chad. He’s a keeper! More
