A good deal that also ended as promised We decided to consider purchase of 2019 Buick Regal TourX Essence wagon before they were all gone. We found some available at 3 dealers in various c We decided to consider purchase of 2019 Buick Regal TourX Essence wagon before they were all gone. We found some available at 3 dealers in various cities. We did our best to secure a solid deal as we were not desperate to trade. We tried locally but could not strike a deal. Through searching the Buick.com website, we found others that met our criteria. We started working with them, including Jon Andrews from Kelley Buick / GMC in Bartow FL. He said he would ultimately give us the best bottom line deal. Initially three dealers (4 cars) were close to each other with varying degrees of differences. We were about to purchase from another dealer when Jon offered us a better deal by far from what other dealers offered after having been given ample opportunity to do so themselves. We accepted the offer over the phone as we are from a distance. Although jon offered to deliver the car to us in our town, we decided to drive to the dealership to see the car to be sure. We did and the deal was consummated and finished as smoothly as any car deal can go (with so many variables and choices / papers to consider). We have to admit we are pleasantly surprised at the result after having been through some tough car purchase processes over the years. Thank you to Jon and Adam (finance / paperwork team) for making the process painless. We would gladly deal with Jon and his team again. I like to price out vehicles as I know how to shop for cars. Jon's final offer even impressed me. More
