The salesperson was incredibly rude, dismissive, and acted like they were doing me a favor by even speaking to me. They had a "take it or leave it" attitude, refusing to negotiate on price despite market comparisons showing their pricing was unreasonable. The manager was no better—condescending and completely unwilling to work with me. Instead of trying to earn my business, they acted like they didn’t care whether I bought a car or not. The whole experience felt like a scam, with hidden fees and pressure tactics. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this dealership at all costs. Online buyers beware, poor business practices and ethics. I submitted a formal credit application through your website on Saturday at 6:51pm after regular business hours, and received immediate approvals fro I submitted a formal credit application through your website on Saturday at 6:51pm after regular business hours, and received immediate approvals from several banks. Your facility is closed on Sunday, therefore I called at 9am Monday morning when your facility opened, to immediately get the deal formally started. From 9am - 12:52pm I worked with John to finalize the terms of trade and new purchase, at which point I was notified that there was a buyer on site who drove 2 hours and was interested in the vehicle. I find it highly unlikely that the buyer on site had submitted a formal credit application or received terms of sale prior to myself. That is poor business practice in 2025 when online purchasing is so prevalent. It is important for online consumers to understand how they will be treated by your dealership. I would strongly encourage all consumers to use caution and drive a few extra miles to do business with a different GMC dealer who values online consumers. Respectfully, Brandon Stewart More
