I worked with Mike Howard, who was very helpful throughout the process and not once did he ever come across as pushy. We first spoke a few months back when I was starting my search and trying to narrow down my options. We drove a bunch of different vehicles to make sure I knew what I wanted, but he gave me space to get everything in order and decide what I wanted to do between then and now. Lack of integrity and respect in follow thru I purchased a business vehicle in what I considered a cordial buying process. Part of the agreement included upfitting the van with running boards, step bumper, etc. I made the mistake, for which I take responsibility, of agreeing to complete the paperwork prior to getting the van, which I expected to be delivered the following day. That was the only reason I agreed to sign the papers. They either knew then that the van was a week or more away from being delivered, or should have known, and they did not provide me with a realistic picture of when I would have the van. Everything that ships today includes tracking info and exact delivery dates. "I don't know when XXX will arrive" is a ridiculous excuse, but it the one I am being given.. I still have no idea when I will have the van. In short, I believe I have been mislead, manipulated and disrespected. The sales person seems not to acknowledge that I have a business to run and need hard, definite data so I can make plans to meet my client obligations. Do not ever, ever,ever sign papers without having the vehicle. More

Luckily, the guys at Keller Bros. Ford we're extremely helpful in finding me the perfect car that very day! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. Chris and Mike from the sales team sat down with me to discuss my needs, and went to work right away. Chris and I drove several cars, and he was very knowledgeable about each. After we found the one that I fell in love with (a 2017 Ford C-Max Titanium), Chris and Mike helped me figure out the best way to pay for it. I was not pressured at all, and felt that they truly had my best interest in mind. They let me take the car home for the night to make sure it was the right one for me. Chris even spoke with me via phone and text that night to answer some additional questions. The next day, I went in to sign the paperwork. Tim in finance explained everything thoroughly and clearly. While I did, the service team washed and detailed the car inside and out so that it was shiny and clean for me to drive off the lot. I truly feel that the team at Keller Bros. Ford went above and beyond to make sure I found a car that I loved, and one that suited all of my needs.
