Luckily, the guys at Keller Bros. Ford we're extremely helpful in finding me the perfect car that very day! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. Chris and Mike from the sales team sat down with me to discuss my needs, and went to work right away. Chris and I drove several cars, and he was very knowledgeable about each. After we found the one that I fell in love with (a 2017 Ford C-Max Titanium), Chris and Mike helped me figure out the best way to pay for it. I was not pressured at all, and felt that they truly had my best interest in mind. They let me take the car home for the night to make sure it was the right one for me. Chris even spoke with me via phone and text that night to answer some additional questions. The next day, I went in to sign the paperwork. Tim in finance explained everything thoroughly and clearly. While I did, the service team washed and detailed the car inside and out so that it was shiny and clean for me to drive off the lot. I truly feel that the team at Keller Bros. Ford went above and beyond to make sure I found a car that I loved, and one that suited all of my needs. I am very grateful for Chris and Mike (and the whole team) for making the process so smooth and worry-free. Next time you're looking to purchase a vehicle, I highly recommend giving Keller Bros. The salesman, Mike Esseff was great to deal with and personally drove the new truck 2.5hrs to meet me halfway at a UPS store where we completed the transaction. Took 10 mins to sign the paper work and make copies, Mike gave me a quick rundown of the new truck, we swapped keys and we went our separate ways. Couldn't have been easier! More
