They will discuss alternative solutions if they are available, or suggest you make your own repairs, if you qualified to do so, to reduce your repair cost. In my case, they used my service repair to place the parts I needed in my car for me to use for the repair. This allowed me to get some parts at a reduced cost. Well done Keller Brothers! More
