Amazing car I bought my 2010 fusion used from another ford dealership. It was 2015, when I bought it and if had only 93,000 miles. Runs strong and now has 189, I bought my 2010 fusion used from another ford dealership. It was 2015, when I bought it and if had only 93,000 miles. Runs strong and now has 189,571 miles on the car/engine. Drove it to WI, drove it also to SC, no problems. Very good on gas. I like Keller Bros because of their down to earth approach with everything. I could go back to the dealership where I bought the car, but I'm not sold on them, even though I got a very good price for the car, their service and general attitude leaves alot to be desired. More

The maintenance crew fixed it each time (at no cost to me) for unforeseen problems. It seems that all is working well now for which I am grateful. In my opinion, I see a great maintenance section at Keller Bros Ford group in Lititz. I highly recommend them for service after the sales department did a good job in selling me the car. More

When I entered the dealership with only $3000 to spend, I didn't expect much willing enthusiasm from Brad and the used car manager on staff at the mom When I entered the dealership with only $3000 to spend, I didn't expect much willing enthusiasm from Brad and the used car manager on staff at the moment. Brad shook my hand and said, "Let me see what myself and my manager can come up with. Really, we were desperate to have a car that very evening and they really jumped into action to make that happen for us. I wasn't expecting much, but they treated us like we were buying a brand new car, never giving us less attention than someone who had no limit of financial ability. Brad and the whole crew working that night really went out of their way to help us. And in the end we spent way less than we intended to. Every staff member asked if we needed water, coffee or a snack from their refreshments room, Not one person gave us the "cheap customer side-eye" from having so little to spend. And when I drove away that evening with my new-to-me car, it had just been detailed by the garage staff. It left me with only positive feelings about the whole transaction. More

Wonderful I am one of those people who dread going into an auto dealership. I have worked in the field and have seen some things that have been questionable to I am one of those people who dread going into an auto dealership. I have worked in the field and have seen some things that have been questionable to say the least. I always have my guard up and did when I entered Keller Bros. Ford but it did not last for long. I was presently surprised at not only how knowledgeable and nice they were, but also how TRANSPARENT they were. They made sure I knew what was going on at all times and were honest with me. No games. Brad was our salesperson, and his knowledge and personable nature made us at ease. Tim was our F&I person and he was funny and not pushy. The time we spent with him was long as it was a two car purchase BUT very enjoyable. I will look forward to my future relationship with this dealership as I will be using them for service. Please do not hesitate to visit them if you need a new Ford. You will not regret it. More
