Overall excellent service and experience. Advised service representative of issue the vehicle was exhibiting. After initial technician trouble shooting, the Service Representative called with status and asked if vehicle could be retained overnight to check status the next day, since issues could not be duplicated. The next day, the Service Representative called and advised results of further diagnostics, which indicated a failing latch and that a replacement part had been ordered. Upon arrive of replacement part, the vehicle was repaired. Service Representative advised of the completed repair and vehicle was ready for pick up. Keller Brothers Ford is highly recommended. More
