He was the salesman that made a real dream come true. I went into Keller Bros. Looking for a relatively cheap used car that I knew wouldn't give up on me on my drives from A and B and back to A. I told JJ what I was looking for and what I could afford. He walked me around the lot of the dealership and showed me 3 vehicles that for my criteria but sadly they weren't to my liking. I felt a bit defeated but JJ assured me that the fight was not over yet. He then took me to a car that was a bit out of my price range. We took it for a spin and from there I felt a bit of an attachment to that Ford. Sadly though I have a stronger attachment to my wallet. JJ assured me that if this was a car that I could see myself owning for years to come that he could put me in it. I was skeptical about that but as we began hashing out details I found that he was not only willing to help me fit the car into my financial means but he was willing to do it without the usual salesman vs consumer back and forth. We was just downright honest and was truly there to help me. I was floored by his respectable way of doing business. I was very impressed with the facility of Keller Brothers and the fact that they have salesmen like JJ make it even more so! I will definitely go back to Keller Bros. And JJ I'm the future. More

Avoid at all costs I bought a 2014 Ford Fusion from this dealership. Giant mistake. The process started out great then went downhill. The sales rep kept us waiting 45 mi I bought a 2014 Ford Fusion from this dealership. Giant mistake. The process started out great then went downhill. The sales rep kept us waiting 45 minutes after we got bad directions. She was constantly checking pricing to the point we left. We stupidly came back after a slight increase to our trade in. We later found our deal was missing another $1K off the price. The car is garbage. We had to get a new fuel tank due it eating gas. The service department was rude and arrogant. The new fuel tank did nit fix the problem.We went to another that gave us a loaner that wasn't beat up or smelled like a casino. When we informed them we were going elsewhere there was no attempt to retain our business. Yet, the problem continues to the point we have contacted a lemon law lawyer. The Regional office of Ford was no better. More
