Pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable JJ Suk took us through the process of purchasing a used car from the time we met him, until the time we pulled off the lot with our Fusion Hybrid. He JJ Suk took us through the process of purchasing a used car from the time we met him, until the time we pulled off the lot with our Fusion Hybrid. He was very easy going and never pressured us once. (I hate pressure guys). JJ was unique. We just got the feeling he was really concerned about getting us the right car, and when all was said and done, he did. He was with us all the way. He had answers for our questions before we even asked them. (example: "JJ, we need a second set of keys." He had them in his hand and gave them to us. "JJ, there's no owners manual in the glove box." He had already marked it down to have one sent to us.) An excellent salesman, who just made things very easy and nice for us to purchase our car. He explained everything about the technology inside the car, and we felt like we could operate most of the "techy" things when we left the lot. JJ Suk is a great model for the Keller Bros. dealership. He's positive and makes you feel at home. I'd buy another car from him in a minute, trusting his judgement and suggestions. When we arrived we were greeted by Danielle who helped us start our search for a new explorer. My test drive with Matt was nice and informative. After some searching and negotiating we decided a "new" explorer wasn't in the cards for us. JJ was extremely helpful in finding a used Explorer that not just met, but far exceeded our expectations.
