Was searching for a vehicle on Keller Bros. site as I had purchased from the several years ago with good results. Found a Ford Escape but after talking to Devin one of the salesman determined it was a little out of my reach. Found a Ford Fiesta 2016 that was looking good. Sent an inquiry to the dealership but as it was late and believe the dealership was closed figured on hearing from Devin the next day. Just after 8:00 the next morning Gary the sales manager call to say Devin was off but he would help. Told him I was interested in the Fiesta but had to find a way to get there and would like the car to be brought to Litiz store as it was in Lebanon. He assured me they could pick me up and have the car brought to Litiz. Next day Devin called and we set up a time 2:00 he would pick me up. He text me as to say he was on his way around 1:00 be there about 2:00.. As he ad not been in my area before though it would be longer than the 45 minutes I thought it should take. I was allowed to drive the return trip. As we approached the Litiz dealership I was informed we had to go to Lebanon as that was where his office was. What I now think I should have done was pulled in the Litiz store, but not thinking I move on to Lebanon. Failed to mention that when I got in the vehicle there was a wrench icon on the dashboard . Devin assure it would be taken care of and probably a simple fix. Later to be informed there is no shop in Lebanon so no way to fix it. After talking to the shop in the Litiz location and making an appointment for later date. Be assured by the shop person that if the wrench icon doesn’t start to flash it would be fine. He said his vehicle does it sometimes. Told him this wasn’t his vehicle. I have done some searching as to the cause of the wrench , see what they say caused it.. As I did like the deal I end up with and feel the Dealership is excellent the salesman and manager were the issue here. One last thing when I first talked to the sales manager he had no idea where the vehicle I was looking at was located. It took them 8 hours to figure out it was a an off site detailed. Sure it was. very organized service department quick to get my F150 in for state inspection and the Works oil change in. Brad was extremely helpful and knowledgable with my vehicle's problems. I went to two other Ford Dealers that I personally have not been happy with in the past to attempt to have my vehicle fixed. The other Ford Dealerships weren't helpful and the Staff was rude. This has occurred with me when purchasing vehicles and with service at these locations. I will definitely be using Keller Brothers from here on out. More

JJ and all the folks I worked with (JJ, Danielle, Mike, Jeremy) are good at what they do and make the sales experience a pleasant one. I fully recommend Keller Bros and JJ Suk to anyone looking for a vehicle. Keller Bros is great for service as well. And by the way - I love my new 2020 Explorer! Its the best Explorer ever! More

Very friendly and low pressure salespeople I believe I got a very good deal on a 2016 Ford Edge. This is the first car I bought at this location, I bought two other cars at the Lititz dealership. I have had my cars serviced hear and I am very impressed with the service department. The entire staff of this dealership seems to be willing to go the extra yard to satisfy the customer. More
