Don't fall for their "lifetime powertrain warranty." If may be "free" but I'm sure they get money for it in the sales price. I bought a 2007 Toyota Highlander Hybrid new in 2007 and was told by the sales person that Keith Pierson Toyota extends a lifetime powertrain warranty to all new car sales. They said they back it up and not a 3rd party. Well, 5 years and 92,000 miles later that was all a lie. I had my car serviced every 5000 miles like the manual says. Sometimes at KP Toyota most of the time at Jiffy Lube. I kept all of the records. When I took my car in last week to have the timing belt replace as called for in the manual they found the water pump leaking. I pointed out that it is covered under the warranty. I brought in my service records. A 3rd party warranty company denied the claim and VOIDED my warranty because I didn't have my tires rotated every 5,000 miles like the manual says AND because I didn't pay the dealer $50 to change the cabin air filter which I did for $8. So there you have it, the LIFETIME warranty is a gimick. I even called Mr. Pierson but he won't return my call. Buy from another Toyota dealer. More
Have a 2012 that I took in for 5000 miles service which is rotate tires check fulids. My car has wheel locks and the key could not be fount. Everytime I have brought my 2010 Toyota Corolla in for regular maintenance service, Mr. Elkins has been more than helpful to me. He has answered any questions I asked to him about my vehicle. He knew we were in for service on our 2009 Camry and was willing to take the time to introduce us to the 2011 Avalon Limited. We were able to test drive the Venzer and the Avalon. We had set a goal for the Venza but the Avalon won out. It was our decision. There was no pressure by Kenneth for us to buy any automobile, or even buy that very day. However, with his assist and excellent knowledge of the item of interest. Well beyond most. Jan and I both appreciate the way we were handled and would definately buy from that dealership again. He was a great guy and knew just what he was talking about, friendly, knowledgeable and charming. Even when we decided to see what kind of deal we could get, the lady as well as your finance manager were very graceous as well as knowledgeable and friendly, Non as good as Kennedy but all good people! The overall car buying expierence was great. No pressure no pushy sales staff. The surrunders we great and to know that Keith buys his employees lunch on the weekends was another great plus that impressed my husband and I. Keep up the good work.... More
In the past I have purchased previous vehicles from Keith Pierson, however, the service I received on this visit was by far the best. The purpose of my visit was merely to get an oil change before leaving Pierson, however, the service I received on this visit was by far the best. The purpose of my visit was merely to get an oil change before leaving to visit my son in North Carolina. While my vehicle was being serviced, I decided to visit the floor room on that date. At first, none of the sales people ever noticed me walking around and looking at the vehicles; there were many men standing around simply talking. I had actually gone in two of the vehicles on the floor, open the cars, open the trunks of each vehicle, merely being observed by the other salesmen for a period of about 10 mins. My salesmen, Donald Wyche, while finishing up with another customer, 1) Walked over an introduced himself, (2) Asked if I would be interested in purchasing a vehicle; and (3) explained that he would be finished shortly with the customer, and would be happy to assist me. If it was not for his professionalism on this date, I had already decided never to purchase another vehicle because of being ignored, and, anticipated writing Mr. Pierson but the treatment of his staff, and tell all my business associates and friends as well. Instead, Donald patiently explained the features of each vehicle inside the showroom that I was looking at, and later walked me outside where I made the unexpected, unintended decision to purchase my new vehicle. Much gratitude and thanks to Donald for his professionalism and if I decide to purchase a vehicle in the future, Donald Wyche would be the only person I would consider and recommend to others. More
I was not all impressed that my radio in a 3 week old vehicle went bad. I called for service and was greeted with a positive and friendly attitude. The appointment was made promptly. When the radio was replaced and the vehicle returned to me, it was clean, and no damage noted during the work. Again, I was greeted with a friendly gesture. The wait was nice and I was asked several times if I needed any other assistance. I was please with the work and the quality of the workmanship. More
I took my truck in for repairs, my service dept rep (Ron) was combative and unreliable. He said he would call me to notify me of how long my special order parts would take to arrive. He did not. He said he would contact my insurance company to find out how payment would be made; he did not do this either. My insurance authorized repairs that were not done, Ron adamantly denied being able to do the repairs. I am baffled as to why he refused to have the repair done. I called to find out when my truck would be repaired, to learn it had been the repairs Ron authorized were already done; and my truck was just sitting at the dealership. I was not notified the truck was ready because payment from my insurance company has not arrived to the dealership. The rep had not bothered to contact the insurance company; if he had he would have learned that they had paid me directly. I am baffled that in this economy a dealership would employ a person who treats customers so poorly and refuses to have the work done that an insurance company has offered to pay for. More

So, I dropped the car off with Doug and then met with Jack. He worked the deal from every aspect to get me in a new car with the terms that I wanted. He was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly with lots of personality. I would definitely recommend Keith Pierson Toyota for SALES and SERVICE. More
My visit to Keith Pierson Toyota was my first, and I must say that it was my best ever as a new or used car buyer. I was greeted by Ms. Jackie Herbert who was a wonderful salesperson to say the least. She ma say that it was my best ever as a new or used car buyer. I was greeted by Ms. Jackie Herbert who was a wonderful salesperson to say the least. She made me feel very comfortable from the time I arrived up until the time I left. She has such a kind personality. When I beganned to explain to her what I was interested in buying, before I could finish, she took and showed me the perfect vehicle that I had envisioned. It was perfect from the right color to the right size. Ms. Herbert is efficient in her work and very knowledgeable in the work source. There wasn't a question I had that went unanswered. Ms. Herbert has a great concern for her customers. She constsntly calls to see how things are going with your vehicle. There needs to be more people like Ms. Herbert in the sales business. She is a great asset to Keith Pierson Toyota. As long as she is around, Keith Pierson Toyota will always get my business and others. More
