WORST CAR DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE IN JACKSONVILLE, FL!!!!!!!! Toyota in JACKSONVILLE FL is the WORST dealership to have YOUR car serviced.Bad Service!!! I went to their dealership to have my tires rotated and the Toyota in JACKSONVILLE FL is the WORST dealership to have YOUR car serviced.Bad Service!!! I went to their dealership to have my tires rotated and they broke all of my lug nuts. They other broke parts as well and charged me to fix what they broke. They were not responsible and did not offer any apologies or discount to show that they we sincerely sorry for their mistake. NEVER coming back to this dealership. Horrible service, business, quality of repairs, and customer service!!!!!!!!!! More
.Great experience! We only went in the front to take a look at the new Highlanders, with no intention to trade. We had our current Highlander in the shop for repairs. Austin Baker met us at the front door, and showed us around. He also let us know not to pay for the repairs. We would be able to trade in the Highlander and Toyota would pay for these repairs. We continued to talk, he asked if they could get a credit rating on us. I said Yes..... Since we are Senior Citizens with no mortgage payment they could not see why we would trade. I asked to see the Highlander Plus, as the trunk would go up and down with a push button. Austin said we have our most popular car color here. I will get it and we will take a drive. It drove like a dream.!!! I wanted our payments under $500.00. We would have to pay some down to get close to that dollar mark. Austin worked with the Karen, the sales manager, and we finally reached close to our dollar amount. Austin Baker did an outstanding job in staying with us, urging us to go ahead and trade cars. Excellent experience. More

I went in for an oil change 2 weeks ago for the main intention that my REAR passenger hub cap was coming off and there was a metal piece preventing it from lying flat back on. The service rep stated upon my arrival that they would look at it when they rotated the tires, as I made sure to ask and confirm this would be checked during the oil change/tire rotation. Before taking my car back, I declined 30,000 mi. ADDITIONAL "recommended services" such as a $79.95 fuel induction and $23.40 new engine air filter, as all I had intended to come in for was my hub cap to be fixed during tire rotation and oil changed. The rep even wrote down on my copy of the service receipt what services I declined, only fixed, I inquired if it was looked at and the rep replied that it had been fixed, no problem, they just took care of it when rotating tires. Today, 2 weeks later, I noticed that my FRONT passenger hubcap was missing completely! I immediately called to bring my car in thinking they dept. may have put on a different wheel completely. Upon arrival, my usual rep met me outside to say that it was not a different wheel, but that they hubcap itself was just missing, BUT that it was not due to Keith Person Toyota's servicing, as he claimed they did not touch the tires during my oil change 2 weeks prior. He stated that tire rotations are not included with oil changes, they are $15 extra and that I had declined services during my oil change visit. This is incorrect, as 1.) the services I declined are hand written by the rep on my copy of the service slip and tire rotation was NOT listed, and 2.) I was specifically told during my initial visit that the tires would be rotated, this was the other main reason for me to bring my car in. I informed him that it may be true they did not rotate my tires previously, but that was not what he told me during my initial visit, as I specifically came into the service dept. for that reason in addition to oil change. He eventually found a replacement hub cap for my missing one and did not charge me. However, I am sure a charge would have been implemented had I not been insistent in knowing that what I was told 2 weeks ago and what he claims was done were two different outcomes. I will most certainly take my vehicle elsewhere for servicing from now on and never step foot into Keith Person Toyota again. (I also purchased my current Toyota in Lake City for a few THOUSAND dollars less than what Keith Person stated they could give me, as they said if I could get my car (for the price that I DID), then I better go to whomever was offering this deal and do it immediately; so I did. They would not budge on final cost, and I am glad to have done business elsewhere anyways.) More

My 4-runner was running badly & I live in Keystone Heights and wanted to try Keith Pierson for the repair we were quoted just short of $1100.00 for misc. work not related to the running badly problem. We were told that a rental would be furnished while our problem was investigated. After a few days we were called and told they had narrowed the problem to fuel injectors (3) and they would be $800.00. Upon leaving my 4-runner on March 19 I had printed a coupon from the Keith Pierson web site on my computer. I asked James if they would accept same, he said yes. On March 26 we were called on the phone and told to pick our 4-runner up. Upon arrival we were presented with a bill for $2337.63 we were shocked but put it on our credit card and left. On the way home while waiting for my wife to run errands I had a chance to give the 3 sheet print out bill a good look and discovered that we were charged $125.00 for the rental & in the discount space provided there was none. My wife called James immediately and was told that the car rental & discount had been given by reducing the charges on labor and would not show on the bill.(there is a special line on the last page that could have shown a discount had there been one) Now, how would a non mechanic know what the labor charges should be and were they reduced? I do not resent paying for repairs but I feel the billing was handled badly and I certainly will not be using Keith Pierson service again. We may be old but we are not stupid. I generally do not like to utilize dealerships, but gave this one a shot since I wanted a new or nearly new Toyota Tacoma and it was close by to where I was looking. I was thrilled with the attention I was given, the help that the sales associate gave me in finding a truck that worked for me, and ultimately the price and financing arrangements that the dealership offered. The minor issues I've had with the truck had been corrected very much to my satisfaction. Even things that I thought were maybe a bit nitpicky on my part were given professional attention. I have already recommended this dealership to several clients of mine. More
Bought my 2011 Tacoma in SC. Keith Pierson honored my warranty nicely. The service department was fast from the moment I pulled up. Nice to see such organization within the department as a whole. My truck needed a new blower motor, they took care of it entirely for me & did the job in a time of 45minutes. I appreciate the openness of the service repair area along with the comfortable waiting area. Not to mention free but more importantly "fast" WiFi. The service center is fully staffed & professional.
