Brought my Toyota there twice. Both experiences were good. Bought brand new tires, had my breaks changed & regular routine services. Brought it a 3rd time to patch one of my tires from a nail and was good. Bought brand new tires, had my breaks changed & regular routine services. Brought it a 3rd time to patch one of my tires from a nail and was utterly dissatisfied by the service I received. Dylan was not helpful and did not make a single effort. He was snappy and very “matter of fact”. Didn’t say hello, didn’t introduce himself. Had to rip words out of his mouth. He said he wasn’t sure how long it would take. Luckily, I knew Keith Pierson offers shuttle ride to customers (as you might have guessed, Dylan did not suggest or offer a shuttle rides for the wait). He said he would put my name on the board and have someone give me a ride while they patch my tire. Waited for 50 mins, no rides. No one came and asked for me, no one called my phone. Jerry, the staff member who had given me a ride in the past said someone put “NA” (not answering) near my name in the book. Apparently someone “called” or looked for me but didn’t find me. Meanwhile, I was sitting in the cafeteria patiently waiting without any headphones on. No one called, no one came looking for me. At that point, I decided to wait inside the shop. No need to have Jerry drop me off 30 mins away. After an hour and a half long wait, Dylan walks up to me and says the tire will need to be replaced after all… And since they don’t have any Michelin tires left, someone would have to drive 40 mins away to get one. It was just an utter lack of consideration and efficiency with total display of unprofessionalism. The other reps who were helpful the first time were Shery and Joe I believe. It’s unfortunate to have someone like Dylan give a bad rep to the whole establishment. I hope he gets adequate training. ———————————————— UPDATE Toyota’s car service dropped me off at 2pm. That’s when I posted the 1st part of this review (as shown above). At this point, I am waiting for Toyota to get one Michelin tire 40 mins away for my 2017 Toyota Corolla which Dylan claimed to have “run out of”. A Toyota Service center that runs out of Michelin tires for a 4 door sedan. Have you ever heard of a McDonald’s running out of burgers? 90 mins go by, no updates. Unfortunately, I have to call to get some sort of follow up. Got Dylan on the phone, he says the tire should be there within 10 mins. Finally, I get a call from Dylan at 5:18 that my car is ready and that someone would call me shortly to arrange a ride back to Toyota. I didn’t get that call back until 6:05. At this point, I can simply tell that this entire process is being delayed on purpose for whatever reason. Perhaps retaliation for the initial review. Who knows. What I do know is that I have gotten 4 tires and breaks replaced in less than 4 hours on a jammed packed busy day my first time at this Toyota without having to wait more than 10 mins for ride services in between. As opposed to 6 hours to patch a nail one tire on a not-so busy day? Something just doesn’t sit right. I could no longer wait for Toyota to pick me up as I have lost a full day of work from this, so I managed to get a ride on my own. I arrived around 6:20 and my car was the only parked there, just like when I left it 4 hours ago. I inspected the vehicle to make sure it was in the same condition as I left it. As you guessed it, it wasn’t. The dash cam I had fully mounted and secured inside of the vehicle was tampered with. The wire was dangling from the passenger sit, the camera was broken in 2 and placed on the dashboard, found a screw on the mat. Dylan didn’t mention that on the report. Someone DELIBERATELY messed with my personal property. The job consisted of PATCHING THE LEFT REAR TIRE. It did NOT require anyone to touch the dash cam mounted on the passenger side! Not only did I lose a full day of work, but I got treated UNJUSTLY AND ON PURPOSE. This is unacceptable and very concerning. More
Don't waste you time or money at Keith Pierson Toyota. Nothing but lies and will tell you things to make your warranty void. Keith Pierson will not call you back under any circumstance. He and everyone there doesn't care about the customer. This is not my first issue with them. It goes back to 2010 with more lies. All the employees are well trained to make excuses and get off the phone as soon as possible. Mr. Pierson....if you happen to read this you have my number with your personal secretary.....Call me. I moved tp Florida about 16 months ago. I've had my car serviced at another dealer that was closer to my home. Having been impressed by the TV ads, I decided to try Pierson Toyota for service. We arrived serviced at another dealer that was closer to my home. Having been impressed by the TV ads, I decided to try Pierson Toyota for service. We arrived 45 minutes early for our appointment expecting to have to wait, but that did not happen. We were seen as soon as we arrived and introduced to Beau. Our vehicle was taken back and the service was completed in under 30 minutes. I am a retired auto sales manager and was pleased with every aspect of our visit. The refreshment counter was a big plus. I am used to seeing something like that in a Lexus dealership (like the one in my dealership group in Maryland). The staff was professional and friendly. There is no doubt that I will be returning in the future for my automotive needs. More

I was waiting for the service to be done when Emanuel came to me and showed me the new Corolla LE 2020, and then the Corolla Hybrid 202 corolla 2004. I was waiting for the service to be done when Emanuel came to me and showed me the new Corolla LE 2020, and then the Corolla Hybrid 2020. He showed me and explained the amazing features that the car has and most important for me how safe it is. I bought the Corolla Hybrid 2020 and I love it! My ex-wife and I bought a new Corolla from them in April. On Monday she noticed the low tire pressure warning and stopped by the dealership to ask them to check it. Totally unsatisfactory for a dealership who “claims” to treat its customers like family. She drove to the nearest Tire Kingdom and they checked the pressure in all her tires right away.
