Push Button Tailgate Due to surgery on my right hand, it is weaker. I could not open the tailgate with one (the right) hand. I had to use both. I wanted the tailgate that would open with the push of a button, no strength required, that I saw on TV. So I traded in my 2014 Rav 4 (with only 2050 miles on it) for the 2015 Rav 4 Limited with the push button tailgate. The 2015 has sooooo much more than the tailgate, I love it and I am glad I bought it.. Darryl Carter was an excellent, knowledgeable salesman and he made buying our 2015 a pleasure. I also believe we got a great price.We have had multiple Toyotas in the past and we will continue to be loyal Keith Pierson Toyota customers. Definitely a Five-Star experience. More

Finally!!! Darryl is a consummate professional. His experience comingled with excellence, created a relaxed atmosphere for my car shopping and decision making. Darryl is a consummate professional. His experience comingled with excellence, created a relaxed atmosphere for my car shopping and decision making. With that said, Darryl's patience and steadfastness are astounding. For example, although we did not have an appointment with him, our wait period was met with lunch and periodic check-ins from Darryl. My family and I appreciated the kindness and accommodation. The actual buying experience was easy because once Darryl knew what I wanted, he steered me in the right direction, without hovering or swaying. Finally, the paperwork was prepared in a timely manner, and although Darryl's part was over, he was available in case I had any last minute questions. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went to Keith Pierson Toyota looking for a particular vehicle I saw advertised on their website. First, the salesman that "attempted" to greet me wa I went to Keith Pierson Toyota looking for a particular vehicle I saw advertised on their website. First, the salesman that "attempted" to greet me was far from welcoming. He was very short in his responses and they came across as very sarcastic and demeaning. It's not like I have bad credit and looking for a giveaway I explained. I went to the dealership fully intending on buying a vehicle. I had to ask him 3 times for the vehicle's price before my sister spoke up and demanded he get me more information. He threw his head back like a child getting ready to throw a tantrum and starting walking towards the building. This salesman continued to make sarcastic comments along the way, like "if you really wanna, splurge why don't you buy this..". At that point I couldn't wait to speak with the manager but only to find he wasn't very helpful at all and turned down my business. I'm not a difficult person and all I wanted was just standard information on the car like anyone else would. I can promise it will not be doing business with Keith Pierson Toyota and neither should you. More

On 11-28-14, we decided to trade in my daughter's 2009 Nissan Altima and based on the service my wife received in the past Keith Pierson Toyota was our first choice to patronize. Toya Jones was our salesperson who was friendly and did'nt haggle with me once my daughter decided which vehicle she liked. Therefore, we purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry SE and so far my daughter is happy with the purchase. In addition, I liked the experience because I was only present at the dealership for approximately 2.5 hrs from purchase to financing. On Tuesday Tom from Service called and scheduled the installation of a couple of accessories, and then on Thursday they were installed. What an outstanding experience all the way from start to finish! Great people with great communication skills and a no hassles; I could not have asked for a better experience!
