The AMAZING Car Dealership My Wife and I had three pickups, and we wanted a car, one with a better MPG rating, since gas is creeping back up. We traded in two of those pickups for a 2015 Camry, which we both like very much! My wife and I feel like we got the better end of the deal, and felt maybe we should hurry up and get off the property before they realized what they did, and they changed their mind. From the Sales Rep, Vince Justice, and the Sales Manager, Daniel Brower, all the way through the purchasing process, to the financial manager, we had exceptional service. We were truly amazed how well we were treated! Keith Pierson Toyota has my business in the future, when we need another vehicle! More
Very Bad Experience I went to another Toyota Dealership in Jacksonville, found what I wanted and got a price. I decided before I bought to go to Keith Pierson because it I went to another Toyota Dealership in Jacksonville, found what I wanted and got a price. I decided before I bought to go to Keith Pierson because it was so close to where I live. I was helped by a person that had to be very new in the business (no problem) but all he could talk about was the Free Life Time warranty. He told him that if I did not buy a car there, the warranty was something I would think about later. I did a test drive and the whole time he talked about the warranty. When we got back someone else came out and asked me what I wanted to buy. I told him I was getting pricing and he started talking about the warranty again. Finally he gave me a price of $5000.00 more than the other dealer. I told him that I guess that warranty is not free and walked out. He called me at work 20 minutes later and left me a message that he had made a mistake. I had already gone home. When I got to work the next day got his message but did not call him back. He called again later in the day and asked me why I did not call him back. I told him I was the customer and did not have to. Since then they have called 6 times and mails me literature. I bought my new car a couple days later, at a very good price and nice people. More
