Last time I try this Toyota store I don't even know where to begin, I don't mind paying more for great service don't get me wrong but if I am going to pay a little more for a car then I don't even know where to begin, I don't mind paying more for great service don't get me wrong but if I am going to pay a little more for a car then I expect better service. The salesman or should I say "showboater" was more interested in telling me all about him and his "woman" problems than selling me a car. I already knew what I wanted and was ready to buy but after listening to his arrogance for roughly 20 minutes I had had enough. I walked off on the lot and he didn't even TRY to get me to go back into the main part of the store he just walked off like he didn't care. More

Customer service was excellent Kennedy, Lance and Jackie were great! They were so eager to please and made every effort to make me happy. WORST CAR DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE IN JACKSONVILLE, FL!!!!!!!! Toyota in JACKSONVILLE FL is the WORST dealership to have YOUR car serviced.Bad Service!!! I went to their dealership to have my tires rotated and the Toyota in JACKSONVILLE FL is the WORST dealership to have YOUR car serviced.Bad Service!!! I went to their dealership to have my tires rotated and they broke all of my lug nuts. They other broke parts as well and charged me to fix what they broke. They were not responsible and did not offer any apologies or discount to show that they we sincerely sorry for their mistake. NEVER coming back to this dealership. Horrible service, business, quality of repairs, and customer service!!!!!!!!!! More
