Absolutely Awful Service I took my 2015 Sienna into Keith Pierson on 2 different occasion to try and get the USB port fixed because it is not recognizing USB devices and isn't I took my 2015 Sienna into Keith Pierson on 2 different occasion to try and get the USB port fixed because it is not recognizing USB devices and isn't charging phones correctly. After an entire day they failed to correct anything, picked me up an hour later then they I asked them to, so I was late for some afternoon meetings, and treated me with disrespect. I spent most of the day just trying to get a hold of someone there so I could find out the status of my van. I will never take any vehicle of mine back to this dealership for service and I will never purchase another vehicle from them. They will always find a way to get out of doing their job, even when the vehicle is under warranty. More
