KEITH PIERSON TOYOTA NOT ONLY MET MY EXPECTATIONS, THEY FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!! What a delight it was to be treated with courtesy, cheerfulness, and efficiency. I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the service department. I am only sorry that I did not buy my car there. Even though Keith Pierson Toyota is a much longer drive for me than Atlantic Boulevard, I now consider them my dealership. Penny A. More

Worst experience ever went to look at new corolla and was greeted at the door by a nice young lady and was introduced to a sales person named jason keys. At first everythin went to look at new corolla and was greeted at the door by a nice young lady and was introduced to a sales person named jason keys. At first everything was going smoothly we sat down and he asked us a few questions. After that thats when things when south, he kept on playing with his phone for the next 10 minutes while we were looking at colors and styles on the lot. He seemed very disinterested in helping us as soon as we walked out onto the lot. He answered his phone at one point and started arguing with whom ever was on the other line. At this point we figured it was best to just part ways, even as we stated that we were leaving he really just didn't seem to care. He didn't even walk with us back into the building he just walked away. I have never seen anything so disrespectful in my life! I will tell anyone looking for a car to stay away from this place! We will never be back! More
