Salesman was GREAT/ Accountability was Horrible. I went into Keith Pierson Toyota to trade in my F150 for a newer truck (Tacoma). The salesman (J. Bowens) was great. He was patient and worked hard to I went into Keith Pierson Toyota to trade in my F150 for a newer truck (Tacoma). The salesman (J. Bowens) was great. He was patient and worked hard to understand my desires in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. He was new, but he was on top of everything.... The problem came when it was time to transfer my belongings from my old truck to the vehicle I just purchased... When it was driven up front from the preparation station where it had been detailed; there was visible body damage to the truck that was NOT there when I had test driven it. The front drivers bumper was scrapped, the rear bedside on the driver's side was dented and scratched, and the passenger side mirror was broken and cracked... This had to happen during the detailing phase prior to final delivery to me, but no one could tell me how this happened, or where this happened... I told the finance person that was completing my paperwork that I could not/would not take delivery of the vehicle with the damage that had happened. He told me that I could not refuse delivery because I had already signed my paperwork... I'm was livid. No one at the dealership could tell me how this happened and who did it. Furthermore, I was told I had to accept a damaged vehicle that I did not damage. The GM of the dealership offered to fix some of the damage, but did not offer to find me a different vehicle or void the transaction either... I was very unhappy with the level of consideration for the buyer and the professionalism of the front office personnel. I had to leave the dealership with a banged up truck that was damaged on their property, by one of their employees. I am not satisfied with the purchase, truck, or dealership. If this is the way they operate I will recommend no one to purchase a vehicle from Keith Pierson Toyota in Jacksonville, FL. More

Great experience I just came for a oil change but a sale person came up to me and introduced herself to me. She said how would you like to lower your payments. You would get into a newer model with all the bells and whistles. I didn’t think it could happen but it did. I received lower payment and better gas mileage. I only gave 4 stars for price.... I hate spending money. More

Someone that knew when NOT to be pushy when it came to extracting personal information from us before it was time, and had a wealth of knowledge about the vehicle we were interested in. Thank you Charles. The way you handled us during the purchase of our 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE was perfect.
