Purchase of a 2020 Toyota Tundra Limited at Keith Pierson Second vehicle purchased at this dealership went back because the sales rep Victor is “exceptional” with his knowledge and working with me! Have “no” issues with Victor but I do have “issues” with the finance person who did my deal! Brent in finance would not bend on a more decent interest rate, did not tell me upfront on the maintenance contract and gap insurance just rolled it into the loan then told me after paperwork was printed, did not advise me the refund of my previous maintenance contract refund was to be used as part of my down payment until paperwork was printed and requested my first payment be 60 days to push it to the end month versus the mid month because I am retired and he would not! Obviously I am not pleased with this finance person and will not do business with him again! On the purchase of my previous vehicle that I traded in the finance rep was extremely helpful but this finance rep did help but did not go the extra mile on making me the buyer totally satisfied!
