I was up there or calling him all the time about all the safety features. I kept my Toyota Sienna for 16 years. So it had none of these new features. I didn’t have to go to the big sales lot because he knew exactly what I was looking for. It was the only Rav 4 I drove or really even looked at as I was considering a used one or even going to try a Honda CRV. However, being a Toyota family for years and years, having every model they make in our family I stuck to what I love. LaVelle is extremely knowledgeable about everything. I would recommend anyone needing a car to see him. More

Best Customer Service Experience! My husband and I decided to got to this dealership on a wim. We had NO intention on buying a 2020 BRAND NEW truck. We started looking around at the us My husband and I decided to got to this dealership on a wim. We had NO intention on buying a 2020 BRAND NEW truck. We started looking around at the used trucks and within 5 minutes of being there, Kyle French waked up to us with a warm welcome and sincere handshake. At first we were reluctant. We did not go to be "talked into a sale" or put in a position of "you must buy". We were just used to car dealers being this way. To our surprise, Kyle, was not! He treated us like family that he had known for years. he walked us through everything while looking at the used car we thought we wanted and the brand new car we "kew" we didn't want. Kyle made it so easy to buy a new truck because he was genuinely a real person who understood bills and needing to live outside of a truck payment. He helped us rainstorm our options and left us with no question unanswered and when my husband asked the question "so what if I need to go home and think about it?" Kyle looked him and I in the eyes and told us that he completely understood and elaborated on why he wanted us to be sure in the long run because regardless of if he makes a "sale" or not that he wanted us to be happy with our choice and our payment.. We are now the owners of a 2020 Toyota Tacoma and Kyle will forever have our service. Thank you Mr. French! More
