We apologize you weren’t satisfied with your experience. The vehicle was sold to you with 432 miles. In unique situations new vehicles can accumulate miles from being transported to and from different dealerships and similar situations. It is common for dealerships to trade among themselves. We went over the issue date on your registration during your last visit to our dealership. As explained, the issue date on the registration is the date it was printed and issued by the DMV. In most cases tag and title work takes a couple days to complete, which is why your purchase date isn’t the date reflected.

Let me see if I have this correct. The car left the dealer with 432 miles on it and arrived at my home 15 miles away with 622 miles on it. It would appear the three guys who delivered it did alot of joy-riding before delivery was made! Several days later I had to return to the dealership because I was not provide the registration of a copy of the sales agreement.. I found it also interesting that the window sticker was not attached to the window but was in a laminated envelope on the seat. The tag work was done incorrectly and I was over charged but later received a refund. I have yet to receive the title and hope they did not mess that up also. With this level of incompetence I will not be returning for service and would suggest that others select a competent dealer.

It has now been three months and I still have not received the title! This has to be the most incompetent dealer I have ever dealt with! To alert more people about this dealer I will be posting a review with the Better Business Bureau.

Everyone should know that they mark their cars up 5000 over MSRP when they start negotiating. If a car has 5k in rebates, they mark it up 5k more than the window sticker price before running numbers with More

We apologize this customer has this interpretation of our dealership; we consider this our failure. We enjoy a long-standing great relationship with all military branches, retired or active. We always go the extra mile for our military. The mark ups on our vehicles in most cases is additional equipment. However, the only price that matters is the price the customer pays, which is always comperable or more aggressive than our competitors and coupled with an amazing customer experience. That is why we are one of the country’s most successful dealerships
