I bought a used 2017 Corolla SE on 3/22/21. Originally, I came in to service my 2004 Corolla and to get me a new tire and fender liner. I was told that it was going to take several hours for my vehicle to be came in to service my 2004 Corolla and to get me a new tire and fender liner. I was told that it was going to take several hours for my vehicle to be ready. So out of curiosity I asked the nearby salesman (Amir) of the used car inventory. He told me sure thing and then took me to a table to go over some information. I told him that I was not intending to buy a vehicle and I just wanted to see what they had. He said sure thing and even offered to get me more coffee and even (free lunch) on him while I waited. He pulled up a vehicle that he thought that I would like. We took it for test drive. He went over all of the features of the vehicle and seems very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car. I was sort of surprised when I saw the car that he pulled up I was not even expecting that nice of a car. He asked me if I like the car and I told him yes I do. But there was a few things that I needed assurances of before I even committed to buying a car. Long story short I received everything that I asked for and therefore decided to buy the vehicle. I would say that (Amir) displayed the best customer service of any salesman that I’ve ever seen at any car dealership. Not only did he demonstrate the best customer service I’ve ever seen, he went far and beyond to insure that I had the best car buying experience. I will definitely continue to do more business with this dealership as well as with (Amir) in the foreseeable future. More
