We arrived 45 minutes early for our appointment expecting to have to wait, but that did not happen. We were seen as soon as we arrived and introduced to Beau. Our vehicle was taken back and the service was completed in under 30 minutes. I am a retired auto sales manager and was pleased with every aspect of our visit. The refreshment counter was a big plus. I am used to seeing something like that in a Lexus dealership (like the one in my dealership group in Maryland). The staff was professional and friendly. There is no doubt that I will be returning in the future for my automotive needs. More
