I purchased my car at a time when dealerships had the upper hand. I thought that I would have to settle for a slightly used car from CarMax. Much to my surprise Keith Pierson Toyota provided me with a upper hand. I thought that I would have to settle for a slightly used car from CarMax. Much to my surprise Keith Pierson Toyota provided me with a very competitive price for a new car. I still paid more than I would have if I purchased it prior to COVID and the shortages it has created. However, I believe I received a very fair price. There is no doubt in my mind that they wanted to sell the car to me and was willing to meet me in the middle. Based on previous experience and my knowledge of the market at time of my purchase I know that they could have received their original asking price from another purchaser. My only complaint is that my understanding of the verbal explanation of their "Lifetime Warranty" included all aspects of the car including electronics. I discovered when signing documents that the warranty is limited to powertrain and such and does not include electronics, which I believe is more subject to fail. More
