The experience is always wonderful. Well my husband passed 3 years ago. He always took car of the car taking them to the dealership for maintenance. Since he passed I've had to take this chore. Being a woman living alone with children out of state, Keith Pierson Toyota and Mr. Kennedy has become my lifeline. They have leaded and guided me through the upkeep of my car. When the miles were high and repairs was needed that was beyond what I could handle, Mr. Kennedy walked me through the process of trading my car and purchasing another. I appreciate their professional opinion, suggestions and loved the outcome. I am always greeted with a family smile, and a comfortable atmosphere. I will always shop and recommend Mr. Kennedy to all i know looking to purchase a car. He simply the BEST! More
Hands down the BEST place to buy a Toyota. Keith Pierson does not disappoint. Both times I've purchased a car from Keith Pierson I was lucky (and blessed) to have Andre Malloy assist me from Keith Pierson does not disappoint. Both times I've purchased a car from Keith Pierson I was lucky (and blessed) to have Andre Malloy assist me from beginning to end. My finance genius, Richard Campbell, helped me both times also. These two guys are the epitome of the "Dream Team." I have absolutely no complaints in any which way, shape, or form. When I have serviced my cars the guys and gals who work there go above and beyond. I will not buy elsewhere. You can't beat the professionalism. ALL my cars will ALWAYS be purchased at Keith Pierson! #teamkeithpierson #teamandreand richard More
We had Andre Mallory sale us a Toyota Tundra last Sunday and we absolutely love it. We didnt feel pressured for anything we didnt originally want. We tried out 2 trucks, and andre seen what truck My husband and we absolutely love it. We didnt feel pressured for anything we didnt originally want. We tried out 2 trucks, and andre seen what truck My husband and I loved from the start. So after driving both. We came back inside and talked numbers. We wanted a certain amount that we wanted to pay. Andre helped us get it to a number My husband was happy with. We love our new truck, and so does anyone that sees it. We have and will recommend Andre Again. Thanks Andre. More
worked with Julian Watson and felt no pressure at all. I have not bought a car is many many years and was sure it would be stressful. Finance department was efficient and helpful . thank you! I was treated so badly here that I cried when I left. The problems was my salesperson (LaCoya). After seeing a car I liked, and well into my appointment, he suddenly began to manipulate, withhold info The problems was my salesperson (LaCoya). After seeing a car I liked, and well into my appointment, he suddenly began to manipulate, withhold information (i.e., "What is your dealership fee?" Answer: "I don't know.") and lie to me about what the managers were telling him to tell me. This was done to disrespect, frustrate me, block a transaction, and completely waste my time. Because of the roadblocks LaCoya put up, I finally stated the obvious: that it seemed I couldn't proceed. He quickly and happily got up from his chair and said goodbye. This was abuse. Looking back, I can see that LaCoya had become anxious while showing me the bells and whistles an the car I liked. I had some questions, and this interrupted his spiel. I remember him looking resentful at "not having full control" of the conversation. I tried to appease him after this, but it was too late. Their "car-buying process" was totally non-transparent anyway, so it is just as well that I left. It was designed solely to serve them. They were immediately all over my trade, pulling its Carfax in the back room (I realize this now), LaCoya threatened that I couldn't see their car until they pulled my credit, and their car didn't even have enough gas in it for a test-drive. Given that I'd had an appointment for it, this really shouldn't have happened. I had a bad feeling on the way down here due to my last 2 text messages being blown off by the person who was supposed to be my salesman, and I arrived to discover that their cars were all locked up tightly behind a gate. Some things I have learned: 1) I'll never discuss a trade until I know if I want their car. I am the customer and the way they earn. 2) I'll never come here again, and I'll never go to another dealership alone. 3) I'll sell my car to that big-named online company, then put cash down. I won't even deal with a trade again. 4) I'll go to only top-tier brand dealerships. It's worth every penny, their prices are good, and I'll be treated much differently. I already have been. More
